These plans are month to month. Hours reset on your monthly billing date and do not roll over. Any unused hours expire on your billing date and are non-refundable. A minimum 3-month commitment is required. This plan is limited to 10 active clients at a time on a first come, first served basis. If your plan expires or is cancelled and another client signs up, they may take your spot. Re-enrollment is subject to availability and you will need to wait until a spot opens up. A private booking calendar will be assigned to you upon enrollment and will remain active as long as your plan is in good standing and payments are current. Upon a missed or late payment or cancellation, your private booking calendar will immediately be disabled and any current or pending scheduled work and meetings will immediately be cancelled. One or more private calendars may be assigned depending on the scope of your plan.
Services covered:
These plans cover code work only on Wix Studio sites where the Client is the Owner and/or Collaborator under their own Wix account. Design and optimization are not covered. Unused hours roll over to the following month as long as the subscription is in good standing, has not been cancelled, and has not exceeded the 12-month commitment period. Accumulated hours expire at the end of the 12-month commitment or upon the first missed or late payment, whichever occurs first. Any unused hours remaining at the end of the 12-month commitment expire on that date and do not carry forward. Hours restart with a new 12-month commitment. This plan is limited to 8 active clients at a time on a first come, first served basis. If your plan expires or is cancelled and another client signs up, they may take your spot. Re-enrollment is subject to availability and you will need to wait until a spot opens up. A private booking calendar will be assigned to you upon enrollment and will remain active as long as your plan is in good standing and payments are current. Code Queen reserves the right to terminate any maintenance plan immediately and without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, the private booking calendar will be immediately disabled and any current or pending scheduled work and meetings will be immediately cancelled. A partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Code Queen depending on the circumstances of the termination. Code Queen is under no obligation to issue a refund upon termination due to a violation of these terms.
All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are issued on any plan under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, termination, missed payments, or unused hours.
If you choose to switch plans, your new plan will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no prorated adjustments or discounts for mid-cycle plan changes.
If you switch from a non-roll over plan to a roll over plan, any unused hours from your current plan do not carry forward to the new plan. Your new plan begins fresh.
If you switch from one roll over plan to another roll over plan, any accumulated unused hours will carry forward to your new plan provided the transition is made without a lapse in payment or coverage.
If you cancel or your subscription is terminated for any reason, your remaining hours will expire at the end of that billing cycle as usual. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any unused hours remaining at the time of cancellation or termination.
If you end a roll over plan and choose to return at a future date to start a new roll over plan, your previously accumulated unused hours do not carry forward. All cancelled, expired, or non-payment subscriptions result in the permanent forfeiture of any unused hours at the end of that billing cycle. A new plan starts fresh with no carry over of any kind.
No, please use the private calendar link provided to you to request a new meeting, work or service. If any clarification is needed, Code Queen will request to speak or meet with you via video call the first few minutes of the time that you scheduled the work request on the calendar. This is not an on-demand service where Code Queen answers all emails, texts or calls at any time. All initial contact and communication must be handled via your private calendar link so that it can be properly tracked, timestamped and scheduled per the terms of your plan. This allows Code Queen to continue to offer low prices in order to service multiple clients at the same time on a timely manner.
After you use your private calendar link to request a new meeting, work or service please wait until Code Queen contacts you for content, clarification or other information. Code Queen will let you know when or how to send this information.
Yes. After you submit your request on the private calendar you will receive an email confirmation. Within that confirmation you will have a Reschedule and Cancel link. Rescheduling will allow you to select a different date and time up to 30 days in the future. Cancelling will cancel the request completely — please note that Code Queen will have to manually add the time back to your calendar so it will not be immediately available for you to book again.
The calendar will automatically reject new requests once you have reached your hours allowance. For roll over plans, any unused hours from the previous month will be available on your calendar within 24-48 hours after your billing date. The slight delay is to confirm that your renewal payment has been received and processed successfully.
Consultation Meeting

Training Meeting

Project Planning Meeting

Q&A Submission
Length: 20 minutes
Each question takes a while for us to read, analyze, research and reply. So we approximate this to take about 20 minutes for that process. A minimum of 20 minutes will be deducted from your monthly hours, per question. If Code Queen believes the question is too complex for a simple reply then she will suggest a 1hr meeting instead. If so, this meeting will be booked via your private calendar link or via the public calendar if you do not have enough hours to cover it.
Existing Code Troubleshooting
Length: 1 or 2 hours
A minimum of 1 hour must be selected when booking. A maximum of 2 hours can be booked at one time. Within the first hour of troubleshooting, Code Queen will have a clear understanding of approximately how much time the full scope of troubleshooting will take. She will contact you to let you know one of the following: how many additional hours can be covered by your available plan hours, or whether it would be more beneficial and cost effective to provide you with a flat rate quote for the full scope of work. If the scope can be resolved within your available hours, those hours will be deducted accordingly. If the scope exceeds your available hours, work will pause until you either accept a flat rate quote and pay for the remaining work, or choose to submit a new request the following month when additional hours become available. Please note that future hours cannot be used in advance. This is not a post-paid or financed service. Work will only be performed using hours that have already been paid for and are currently available on your plan.
New Code Creation
Length: 30 or 60 minutes (initial meeting) + additional hours as needed
All new code creation requests begin with a mandatory minimum 30-minute meeting. You may select either a 30-minute or 60-minute meeting from your private calendar. This meeting is required so that Code Queen can get a clear and complete scope of work from you before any code is written. At the end of the meeting, Code Queen will provide you with an approximate time of how long it will take to create the requested code. From there, you and Code Queen will determine whether your available plan hours are sufficient to cover the work, or whether it would be more beneficial and cost effective to provide you with a flat rate quote. If a flat rate quote is given, you may choose to pay the quote and save your plan hours for other requests, or you may choose to use your available hours toward the work. If the scope of work exceeds your available hours, work will not begin until payment for the remaining scope has been received. Please note that future hours cannot be used in advance, even if you are on a roll over plan. This is not a post-paid or financed service. Work will only be performed using hours that have already been paid for and are currently available on your plan.
Design, Code & Content Edits (Classic Editor plans only)
Length: 30 or 60 minutes (initial meeting) + additional hours as needed
All design, code, and content edit requests begin with a mandatory minimum 30-minute meeting. You may select either a 30-minute or 60-minute meeting from your private calendar. This meeting is required so that Code Queen can get a clear and complete scope of work from you before any work begins. At the end of the meeting, Code Queen will provide you with an approximate time of how long the requested work will take. From there, you and Code Queen will determine whether your available plan hours are sufficient to cover the work, or whether it would be more beneficial and cost effective to provide you with a flat rate quote for the full scope. If a flat rate quote is given, you may choose to pay the quote and save your plan hours for other requests, or you may choose to use your available hours toward the work.
